Fundus Photo Registration and Patient Data Management Platform

Researchers, clinicians, healthcare centers, and academic institutions interested in collaborating with the platform may apply through the official collaboration and access request process. Applicants are required to complete the registration form, provide institutional affiliation details, and submit a brief description of the intended research or clinical use of the platform. All requests will be reviewed by the scientific and ethical committee of the Khayyam AI Innovation Lab in collaboration with the Kidney Research Center of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences to ensure compliance with ethical standards, patient privacy regulations, and research objectives. Approved collaborators will receive secure role-based access to the web-based platform, including authorized modules for data upload, annotation, AI analysis, and clinical decision-support tools. Access levels will be determined according to the collaborator’s role, project scope, and institutional agreements, while all shared data and activities will remain protected under confidentiality, cybersecurity, and data governance policies.
